Checklist

Exterior

• Remove vehicles 15 minutes prior to photogs arrival

• Mow the lawn

• Coil any garden hoses

• Hide toys in backyard

• Put trash cans in garage 

Interior

• Declutter

• Lights and lamps: Turn on all

• Ceiling fans: turn off, have all remotes accessible

• Open blinds and curtains

• Bathrooms: hide all toiletries, close all toilet lids, clean mirrors

• Kitchen: Clear counter spaces, put dishes away, empty sink

• Laundry room: Declutter & straighten up

• Bedrooms: Make beds
